A copy of the proposed menu will be sent to you for approval. A deposit of 50% and signed contract will confirm your party. (A $250 deposit will be requested to reserve a date with no menu chosen.) Ten days prior to the affair, you are asked to furnish us with a final guest count. The remainder of your bill will be calculated based on this count and this balance will be due at least three days prior to the date of your function.
We will refund 50% of any deposits received up to one week prior to the date of your affair with a written cancellation. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the date of your affair will result in the loss of any deposits received.
Alcohol: For locations such as Louie’s without a liquor license customers must purchase all alcohol for your event. All beer and wine must be brought in chilled prior to the event. You are responsible for alcohol consumption at your event. We reserve the right to discontinue service
Foods: No food may be brought in without permission or removed from any event due to health regulations. Meals for guests with dietary restrictions are available, please make these arrangements when designing your menu. Children under 3 eat for free, children 4 to 10 are charged half price.
Off Site Catering: There is a minimum travel fee of $50 added for served events. Service fee for three hours at your location is $100 minimum and $20 for each additional hour.
Delivery Only: We will deliver set up and pick up your catered meal at your location for $40. Additional charges apply outside our delivery area. This fee does not include gratuities for the driver.
Bartenders & Servers: Billed for three hours of service on location and one hour for set-up & clean up. Minimum fee $100 per server/bartender. Additional Service is $20 per hour. One server per 30 guests, one bartender per 75 guests.
