Louie's Retail, Inc. Return Policy

EFFECTIVE  - April 1, 2009

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

No returns will be accepted without a “Return Authorization” (RA) from Louie's Retail, Inc..   Any returns sent via UPS or other common carrier without prior written authorization, will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense.

New and unused products must be returned within 30 days of purchase or at the discretion of Louie's Retail, Inc..
Items must be in original condition and must not be marked or damaged.

Warranty/Damage Returns:
All Warranty and Damage Returns must have written authorization from Louie's Retail, Inc. before return can be made via carrier.
Items must have warranty tag completed properly and attached to item.
Customer must indicate on return tag specific reason for the return.
Louie's Retail, Inc. will not be responsible for filling out the Warranty Return Tag (WRT).

General Terms: Louie's Retail, Inc. requests that when making any return or obtaining authorization please have the following information.
Date of Purchase
Sales Order Number & Invoice Number
Customer PO Number (if applicable)
