Louie's Rose Sauce
INGREDIENTS
12 OZ. OF LOUIE’S TOMATO PASTA SAUCE
4 OZ. HALF AND HALF
2 OZ. GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
1 OZ. COGNAC (OPTIONAL)
PLACE LOUIE’S TOMATO PASTA SAUCE IN A HEAVY SAUCE POT. ADD SOME WATER TO SAUCE TO THIN.
HEAT SAUCE OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING FREQUENTLY. (DO NOT BRING TEMPERATURE UP
TOO HIGH AS SAUCE WILL BURN).
BLEND IN HALF AND HALF AS SAUCE IS HEATING UP.
ADD ROMANO CHEESE AND OPTIONAL COGNAC AS SAUCE IS HEATING UP.
SERVE WITH CHOICE OF PASTA.
