Belletieri History Since 1958 Sue and Gino Belletieri started in 1958 with a small family run business at 12th and Chew Streets, Allentown, Pennsylvania. They provided their customers with good food at a fair price in a warm and friendly family atmosphere. As the years passed, the family grew and so did the business. Peter, Gene, and Louie, Sue and Gino's three sons, continued the business and expanded it to include Louie's Retail products, featuring the Marinara and Tomato Sauces served in Louie's Restaurant. Today, over 50 years later, Louie and his children, Christine, Josh, and Little Louie, operate what has grown to 2 restaurant locations - 2071 31st Street SW, Allentown, PA and 900 Schechter Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Along with the restaurants, the Louie's retail products are available on line and in many retail stores throughout the Lehigh Valley area.
